Mathematics Ext-2    
  · Revising over Ext-2 Maths questions that are typical of HSC papers - H.H.

· Reworking some ETLC theories I was hazy on using a white board also helped jog my memory - H.H.

· In preparation for the HSC, I found past HSC papers and occasionlly some trial papers were the best means of practise. - H.H.

· Further, looking at the Further Questions sections of the 4-unit Arnold textbook (Ext-2 Cambridge) one finds rather good questions there too. - H.H.

Mathematics Ext-1    
  · Doing 1-2 Maths papers per day post trials and especially during STUVAC definitely helped me to target topics I had forgotten and was good practise for exam style questions - H.H.

· Knowing the formulae is generally also a major help such as your series formulae. People tend to forget about Series, however they can pop up. - H.H.

  · Gathering extra materials needed for modules and journeys at the beginning of the year removes a lot of stress - H.H.

· Continuously rewriting notes in different ways is also a major help - H.H.

· Do not attempt to do several practise questions the day before the exam, because this will probably just stress you out. Read over notes and ensure you understand the requirements of the syllabus. - H.H.

· Plan your essays before writing in the exam. You can do this in dot point form on the exam paper or the inside cover of the writing booklet. - H.H.

Latin    
  · Know your translations very well and don't be afraid to change it several times till it sounds right. - H.H.

· Learning all the grammar for each passage is also a good idea if you aren't good at recognising constructions or differentiating between similar options in multiple choice. - H.H.

 
Latin Extension    
  · If you complete all the required translations as soon as you've gone through it in calss then you'll end up with plenty of time for other subjects. - H.H.

· There is a small body of knowledge in this course if you know it well then it's pretty straight forward. - H.H.
